Mr.Rajendra Sadhu is the CEO of Vyzin Electronics Private Limited. He is the founding director of Vyzin, and a leader in mobile and electronic communication products and services. Under his leadership, Vyzin has grown into a business conglomerate and he continues to be the source of inspiration as a mentor and guide for all the employees in the company. He is the driving force behind the company's strategy and initiatives. He has been associated with the wireless and medical Industry for many years and has pioneered the concept of mHealth technology in the world. With an MBA from Rutgers Business School, New Jersey and a Master's defree in computer sciences Rajendra is a turnaround specialist with a vision towards institutionalizing the company and creating a world-class organization.
Rajendra has worked with reputed companies like IBM Global Services, US Steel and Verizon Wireless for more than 10 years. He also worked as CEO for foreign operations where he used to handle USA, European and South Americaa markets. However, true to his entrepreneurial spirits he founded Rated One Inc. an innovative people corporation. He later set up Vyzin Electronics Private Limited as a diversified business group focusing on developing innovative, environmentally sound products to meet the demands of present day consumers.
Rajendra has an active interest in computer networks, programming languages, marketing, wireless protocols and applications, product innovation and global business strategy. He is passionate about innovative technology, global business and research/development, and ensures that he applies his knowledge and skills for business expansion and customer satisfaction.
Pradeep Karki - VP, Information Technology
Pradeep Karki is Vice President, Information Technology of Vyzin Electronics and oversees and directs technology initiatives for the organization.
Before Vyzin, he was Technical Manager for several years at Verizon Wireless, one of the largest mobile carriers, wireless voice and 3G networks in the USA. Pradeep also has vast experience in the financial industry holding technology and management positions at Fortune 500 companies in Manhattan, New York, such as DLJDirect, Chase Bank, Fleet Securities and Deutsche Bank.
Pradeep holds an electronics engineering degree from Bombay University and has a formal education in various technology and management arenas.
Girija. - VP Customer Service & Human Resources
An enterpreneur who worked as an HR consultant for many Fortune 500 companies, Girija has vast experience in planning and managing the resources at the client level. Paul Bromberg - Member Advisory Board
Paul is an experienced executive with broad experience in general management, strategy development and deployment, marketing, innovation and new business development.
In his last position he was Vice President and General Manager, Remote Patient Monitoring within Philips Healthcare, based in the United States.
Remote Patient Monitoring offers remote cardiac monitoring services and telehealth solutions designed to provide monitoring and care outside the hospital setting.
Paul is a graduate from Delft University of Technology's Faculty of Industrial Design, where he majored in Marketing and Product Design.
He joined Royal Philips Electronics in 1987 and fulfilled various product- and marketing management roles for Domestic Appliances & Personal Care (DAP) in The Netherlands and Brazil. In these roles he gained experience in end-user insight driven product creation, consumer marketing and leading complex international and multi-functional teams.
Between 1997 and 2002, he was Business Manager for Philips DAP's Beverage business (coffeemakers and water kettles). In this role he established the alliance with Sara Lee/DE and co-developed and launched a new coffee system Senseo that has revolutionized the coffee market in Europe.
From end 2001 to mid 2005 he was Vice President Strategy and New Business Development for Philips DAP where he contributed to the Philips Consumer Healthcare growth strategy and was responsible for the definition of a brand architecture for DAP's portfolio of consumer brands (Norelco, Sonicare, Walita).
From mid 2005 to end 2007 he was Vice President of Business Development for Philips Consumer Health & Wellness where he architected Philips Preventative Health strategy and led the acquisition and post-merger integration of Lifeline Systems. During this period he was also responsible for the definition and development of a broader product and service portfolio for Independent Living, building on the Lifeline portfolio.
From 2007 to end 2008 he was General Manager of Philips Senior Living Solutions, a business offering emergency response and resident safety solutions to senior living facilities.
Dr Ohmsatya Ravi - Member Advisory Board
Dr Ohmsatya Ravi is an honorary advisor to VESAG. He has more than 14 years of experience in engineering and finance and held senior positions on Wall Street. Prior to his career in finance, he worked as an engineering consultant to several Fortune 500 companies in oil & gas, auotomotive and materials industries. More recently, Dr. Ravi worked as the head of MBS Research at Bank of America and as a consultant to the Congressional Budget Office.
Dr. Ravi holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a PhD in engineering from Purdue University. He also holds an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Roman Hlutkowsky - Member Advisory Board
Mr Roman has more than 27 years of experience in the transportation industry, mostly focused on applying technology to improve operations. Roman and his team take great pride in being on the cutting edge of emerging technologies and integrating it in ways that are beneficial to their customers.
Roman is a former officer of FedEx Ground. He held the positions of Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Vice President, Operations Technology. In his HR role, Roman oversaw human resources administration, compensation, benefits, employee information systems, recruitment and EEO/diversity initiatives for the company's workforce of more than 50,000 employees.
In his operations technology role, Roman oversaw all business processes and technology that supported the day-to-day pick-up, delivery, sortation and linehaul operation. He led the team that introduced handheld scanning and data transmission into the operations. He developed and executed the operations technology strategy for FedEx Ground addressing the areas of handheld and fixed position scanning, WLAN and WWAN, and sortation, dimensioning and image capture. Roman developed and introduced key processes and methodologies for FedEx Ground focused on technology lifecycle planning, business process lifecycle planning, organizational change management and total cost of ownership.
A native of Pittsburgh, PA., Roman earned his BSIE from the University of Pittsburgh in 1980 and his MSIE in 1983. He was recognized as the Outstanding IE Alumnus by the University of Pittsburgh in 2003. Roman began working for what would become the FedEx family of companies in 1983. He has experience in the nationwide LTL (less than truckload), regional LTL and small package transportation. Roman currently serves as the President of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
Sudhakar Varanasi - Member Advisory Board
Dr. Sudhakar Varanasi has worked with Satyam Computer Services Limited at senior levels for a decade and, before leaving Satyam, designed and executed the epoch-making EMRI (Emergency Management and Research Institute) project. Dr. Sudhakar acquired a Master's degree in science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, went on to do a doctoral in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and stayed to teach and research for a decade in the same institute before starting to explore the world of business and corporations.
